Many buyers browse outside of standard operating hours or like to have the option of asking a question via live chat rather than a phone call. Adapt to the current climate by offering live video viewing

Giving your customers more ways to view your vehicles online in the current climate will help you to engage buyers on your adverts. Once you’ve mastered high quality imagery and walkaround videos for all of your adverts, you might want to think about enabling live video viewing for that personalised touch. Opt in to live video viewing through portal to let your customers know that this is an option you can offer them as part of your service. The customer simply needs to click on the icon on your ad to confirm they are interested in a video viewing and an email lead will be generated with their information. This call allows customers to ask all the questions they normally would with a forecourt viewing, whilst providing an opportunity for your sales team to show them the spec of the vehicle and benefits of the deal.

Buyers simply answer a few questions about the condition of their part-ex to get a guaranteed, haggle-free price for it. You’ll build trust with buyers and give them the confidence to choose you. Best of all, it's underwritten to prevent the risk of a bad deal for you. If you want to keep the part-ex, you can. If you don't want it, simply complete the deal then dispose of it through the underwrite. Think of it like an insurance policy for unwanted part-ex’s.
