Frequently asked questions

100,000 brand new cars are effectively hidden from buyers because they’re not advertised online. Which means buyers don’t know they exist. It results in around 20-25% of new cars being pre-registered, costing the industry millions in lost profit.

You can advertise as many brand new cars as you want free of charge until 1st January 2019, at which point we do plan to introduce a cost to this type of advertising. We’ll let you know more at a later date.

You can send brand new stock to us in the same way you send your used stock; via your own in house data-feed, a third party data-feed or via your Auto Trader Portal.

We’d recommend uploading real images of the actual vehicle advertised. If you’re unable to do so, we’d recommend using manufacturer configurator images of the car. Alternatively, simply upload an image of your dealership or a holding image. Remember, an advert with no images will still return a better response than a car that isn’t advertised at all.
